Non certified programmes run for 8 weeks (2.5 hours per week) = 20 Hours
Certified programmes run for 8 weeks (4 hours per week ) = 30-32 Hours
Yoga is scheduled to run for 10 weeks (1.5 hours per week) = 15 Hours
